Features
The BVB4201PLHD video balun is a passive (non-amplified) device that allows the transmission of real-time CCTV video signal via cost-effective Unshielded Twisted Paired (UTP) cable. Baseband (composite) signals of any type are supported. It is compatiable with all HD-TVI, HD-CVIand AHD analoge camera.
The BVB4201PLHD has a mini-coax pigital lead which allowsquick mounting onto fixed cameras and in-camera mounting in most dome cameras. Push-pin terminal block allows tool-less connection of UTP cable output. Used in Pairs, the BVB4201PLHD eliminates costly and bulky coxial cable.
The superior interference rejection and low emissions of the BVB4201PLHD allow video signals to coexist in the same wire bundle as telephone, datacom, or low-voltage power cirucuits. It has buit-in surge suppressor to protect video equipment against damaging voltage spikes.
We recommend to use it with Unshielded Twisted Paired (UTP) wiring from 24AWG through 22AWG. Individually shielded pairsshould be avoided as they reduce the operating range of the systems drastically.
