FAQ
Where is MicroSD card slot located?
1. Undo the 4 screws for camera lense cover
2. Open camera lense cover
3. Pull out camera lense carefully and find the MicroSD card slot located on the lense body.
Why I can’t PTZ control through DOSS Hybrid DVR?
DMZ50IPW only supports IP PTZ control, therefore it will not work with RS485 controllers.
To be able to control it through DOSS Hybrid DVR, please make sure that Hybrid DVR has been set using IP signal (Not analog signal through BNC connectors). This can be done in settings device page under stream type. Also please make sure RS485 has been set to keyboard.
